Outstanding Balance Options
Clark Energy may start disconnecting power to its members on October 20. We understand that many are struggling during this time, but we will work with you if you have an outstanding balance on your account.
To avoid being disconnected, please take action in one of the following ways:
- Pay your entire past due balance BEFORE October 20.
- Switch to a Prepay account. If you have a deposit on file, this is the BEST option to help pay down your balance.
- Call our office at 859-744-4251/option 3 or 1-800-992-3269 and set-up a payment arrangement that best suits your circumstances. We will provide you with options that will work with your budget. But you must have the arrangement made with us BEFORE October 20.
- Contact Kentucky River Foothills, Gateway Community Services or your local community action partner for assistance with your bill.
