Each year, Clark Energy conducts its annual membership business meeting that is open for all members and the public to attend. At this meeting, a business report of the cooperative will be given as well as allowing Clark Energy's members to voice their opinions and concerns. Notification of the meeting date will be made within the time allowance put forth by the guidelines of our Bylaws and announcements will be made in Kentucky Living magazine, on the monthly electric bill and by social media platforms.
