Clark Energy works with builders and homeowners to ensure proper insulation, air sealing, and HVAC installation.

Touchstone Energy Home

The Touchstone Energy Home program is for new construction only. This program provides guidance during the building process to guarantee your home is greater than 25-30% more efficient than the Kentucky standard built home.

The home must receive a pre-drywall inspection and complete Clark Energy's pre-drywall checklist to qualify.

The home will also have to receive a final inspection, pass a whole house air leakage and duct leakage test. These inspections and tests are done my a Clark Energy advisor and is done at no cost to the member.
